RECAP: October 2018

Halloween may be long gone, but there are still plenty of treats left over from our October city council meetings. On the podcast, we heard about a city council leaker on the prowl and a mayor whom everyone is worried about (according to him). We also saw a Canadian council get used to legal marijuana and a North Carolina council ponder a tree jungle. Although October was busy, it was hardly spooky!
